A project is reserved only after ATP Visuals confirms the booking and any required agreement, deposit, or payment is completed.

Payments and cancellations

Square or another disclosed third-party provider may process payments. Their separate terms and privacy practices apply to payment processing. Deposit, cancellation, rescheduling, refund, and delivery terms for a specific project should be stated in the applicable quote, invoice, or service agreement.

Portfolio and client media

Portfolio examples are presented to demonstrate ATP Visuals creative services. Rights to client names, likenesses, trademarks, music, event footage, athlete footage, and other third-party material remain subject to applicable permissions, releases, licenses, and project agreements.

Creative work and intellectual property

ATP Visuals branding, website design elements, original photographs, video, edits, graphics, and other original creative materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Client usage rights, ownership, licensing, raw footage, revision rights, delivery formats, and ATP Visuals portfolio rights are governed by the applicable project agreement or release.

Athlete and minor participants

For projects involving minors, the person booking or authorizing services is responsible for having authority to approve the project and for obtaining any required parent, guardian, school, league, venue, or event permissions. ATP Visuals may request appropriate releases before publishing or using identifiable media.

Third-party services

This site may link to or embed YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, Square, and other third-party services. ATP Visuals does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, or independent policies.
